Located at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Newbury Street, Lyrik has transformed a blank slate into a vibrant anchor in the heart of the city, bridging Back Bay and Fenway neighborhoods and establishing itself as Boston's gateway.
Developed by Samuels & Associates, Lyrik is comprised of two buildings, 1001 Boylston and 400 Newbury St. which are joined together via a two-level public plaza. 1001 Boylston, is a 450,000-square-foot lab and office space housing global headquarters for anchor tenants CarGurus and The LEGO Group as well as 35,000+ square feet of retail and dining. 400 Newbury St. is home to citizenM’s largest hotel to date— a 13-story property.
